How does billing work?
Spark is free — 50 credits to start, then pay as you go. Paid plans are a simple flat fee, billed monthly. Choose annual and you pay for ten months and get twelve — two months free, every year.
What are credits?
Credits power your sends and generations. Each plan gets a better rate — Spark uses 50 credits per 1,000 emails, paid plans far fewer. Bring your own email provider on a paid plan and the same 1,000 emails cost as little as 0.4 credits.
Which currencies can I pay in?
GBP, USD and EUR. Use the currency switch above the plans to see pricing in yours — your invoices follow the same currency.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — no lock-in, no exit fees. Move up the moment you need workspace features like custom domains or approval workflows.
