GenieOS · Calendar

Everything you have queued, in one view.

Every post, email, message and sequence step, across every channel, on one calendar. Not a content calendar you keep up to date by hand, but the actual queue: what is going out, when, and where it came from.

Step 01

Four tools and a spreadsheet, replaced.

Ask most teams where their marketing calendar lives and the honest answer is that it does not. The emails are scheduled in one tool, the posts in another, the texts in a third, and the shared view of all three is a spreadsheet somebody updates on Monday. It is wrong by Wednesday, and nobody trusts it by Friday.

Here the calendar is not a copy of the schedule. It is the schedule. Anything queued anywhere in GenieOS appears on it the moment it is queued, because the thing that renders this view is the same thing that will send the email. There is no sync to fall behind.

Step 02

Filter to the question you are actually asking.

Six views, from a single day to a month to a flat list. Filters for emails, socials and messages, for campaigns and sequences, and for each of the eight networks on their own. Nobody looks at a calendar in the abstract: they look at it to answer something specific, usually whether next week is too quiet or Thursday is too loud.

The filter that matters most is the last one. All, Source, Derived. Source is what somebody briefed. Derived is what the loop wrote from the results of the campaign before it. Being able to see those apart, and to see how many of each you have, is the difference between trusting the queue and skim-reading it.

Step 03

Open anything and see where it came from.

Every artefact carries its lineage. Open a queued post and the drawer tells you it was derived from a named campaign, so a piece of marketing you did not write is never a mystery. You can read what it is about to say, see it rendered as each network will actually show it, and change your mind.

Drag the chip to move it to the nearest hour, or set an exact time. If the copy is the problem rather than the timing, Open in editor takes you straight to it. Nothing here is a preview of a decision made elsewhere: this is where the decision gets made.

Step 04

Approve it, then watch it land.

The calendar is the second half of approvals. Sign-off tells you a thing is allowed to go out; the calendar tells you when it will, alongside everything else going out that week. Those are different questions and teams get caught by the second one far more often than the first.

It is also how you supervise work you did not personally queue. A campaign spun up on Monday puts fourteen items across three networks into next week. Reading that as a list is a chore. Reading it as a week is instant.

Capabilities

The whole queue, in one place.

  • 01

    Every channel on one grid

Emails, social posts, messages, campaigns and sequence steps, side by side rather than in four tools.

  • 02

    Six views

Day, three days, five days, a week, a month, or a flat list when you would rather scan than browse.

  • 03

    Source and derived, apart

See what a person briefed and what the loop wrote, separately or together, with a count of each.

  • 04

    Lineage on every item

Open anything and read the campaign it was derived from, so nothing in the queue is unexplained.

  • 05

    Native previews

See a post as LinkedIn, X, Instagram or Facebook will render it, before it goes anywhere.

  • 06

    Drag to reschedule

Move a chip to the nearest hour, or set an exact time, without leaving the view.
