Send · Segments & credits
Who it reaches, and what it costs — before you send.
- Audience
- Any segment built in plain language“Lapsing: no activity in 60 days”, say — and it stays live as people change.
- Credits
- A per-send estimate up frontCalculated against the segment’s current size before you commit.
- Suppressions
- Opt-outs excluded automaticallyAnyone who said stop is out of every future send, on every channel.
Segments are definitions, not snapshots — the list is always today’s.
Step 01
Send to a segment, not a spreadsheet.
Pick an audience the same way you build one — in plain language. The send targets a living segment, not an exported CSV, so someone who qualified yesterday but opted out this morning never gets a message meant for somebody else.
Costs are visible before you commit: the send shows its credit estimate against the segment’s current size. No surprise invoice, no quiet overage — just a number you can read before you press go.
